COMPLAIN FOR BILL REIMBURSEMENT

Regarding: - Care Mediclaim policy of Rs.*.* lac ported from oriental Insurance
During operation for urine block bill of Forties Hospital Faridabad passed partly to sub limit reason Group policy no.********, Care Insurance certificate Insurance No.******** client ID ********

Sir,
I have ported my Mediclaim policy from PNB COPORATE GROUP Oriental Insurance to PNB Corporate Care on dated **.**.**** WITH DULY Consulted BY THE AGENT sitting in PNB main Branch and he did not told me about sub limit etc. not at all., if he told me the correct detail why I port my Mediclaim policy to Care Health, he miscommunicated to me about the fact. He had taken my signature on some papers each and every pepper can’t be read and we trust on agent what he told.
I had operated in forties hospital Faridabad on dated **.**.** for suddenly urine blockage bill was raised for Rs. *****/- By the Forties Hospital and out of this only Rs.*****/- was reimbursed by the Care Health Insurance for balance amount of Rs.*****/-they refused and ask me there is sub limit mention in your policy hence part payment made.
I continuously follow –up the matter with Insurance, Main Agent Mr. Junesh Arora and their assistant Mr. Jai who is sitting in PNB main branch. Main agent Mr. Junesh Arora is ignoring me he is not replying to me about my balance amount refund.
Care Health and IRDA I have already complain raise but care is rejected my request due o sub limit mention in policy.
I am fed up with their behavior and given me wrong policy and not refunding the balance amount, further also for removing capping sub limit and to correct the policy they are asking for payment of Rs.*****/ approx. I have already paid Rs.*****/-during policy.
You are requested that kindly refund the balance amount of Rs.*****/-which I have directly paid & for further period remove the sub capping limit.
