I was admitted to the hospital on ** August **** as per the doctor's suggestion who is a reputed MD in Medicines. And I was admitted for two days. Then I claimed for mediclaim but the insurance company (The New India Assurance) rejected my claim and gave a reason that It was not necessary to be admitted to the hospital. And the doctor gave us a letter to confirm my medical situation but the insurance company rejected it as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
