I ordered medicines amounting to Rs **** on **rd Feb ****. I made the payment online through ICICI bank debit card but on the last page, an error occurred. But the money got deducted from my account. I immediately called the Medlife customer care and they asked me to show the proof of amount deduction to the support team. I emailed them the screenshot of the bank message. Meanwhile, they tried to deliver the medicines on **th Feb and asked me to pay cash on delivery. But I refused to take the order as payment issue was still not resolved. After about * days they mailed me that they have received the payment and they have informed the delivery team to deliver the medicines in prepaid mode. But it's been more than ** days, I have still not received the medicines. When I contacted the concerned courier company (Xpressbees.com) and asked them why they are not delivering my order, they told me that they did not get any information about payment already made from Medlife. So if you want the order you have to pay cash. I again contacted the Medlife team and this time they said that my payment is not reflecting in their account. They have been continuously lying to me for more than ** days. I have all the necessary screenshots and the email conversation with the Medlife support team to show as proof.
