Hi Team,
I have placed many orders with Medlife, but for every order, I have faced issue. The delivery is really pathetic.
I don't think they really know that they are selling medicines and not some confectionaries. They keep your order on hold indefinitely without informing the person for unavailability of the medicines.
The company should be proactive in processing the medicine orders and it is the prime responsibility to inform in case something is not available so that the whole order is not hold until the procurement.
Moreover, the customer care that they is the premium number which customer has to pay the charges for and the company earns the money out of it too.
It is really disappointing to shop with MedLife and one should seriously take an action on these companies so that the patient should not face any pain and inconvenience in addition to the illness he/she's suffering from.
I can share all the order details if required. None of the medicine order took less than * days to deliver which is ethically not expected.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
