Medlife.com - Medicine not delivered on time, sudden Hike of medicine

Firs of all it's not about money, it's about negligenceis. I have mainly three complain against this company.
*) I placed some medicine worth rupees **** from this site on **/**/**, expected date was between **-**, in-between whenever I checked traking detail it showed 'Processing', I WhatsApp them on **/**/** (yesterday) about my order they didn't reply. Today morning they informed me that the medicine is unavailable. They could have told that earlier ( definitely not after delivery date ). I had to cancel the order ( on **/**/** )
*) Total amount I paid online on **/**/** , suddenly next-day when I checked my Medlife account it showed INR ** is due, I paid that also. Today morning the due amount became INR *** . Was that a joke
*) Total I paid ****+**= ****, They initiated an amount of INR ****, Are they charging me for there kind service !
