Tohid filed complaint against Dhani app on Jul 15, 2022
I had order medicine on *th of July and been told it will deliver on **th of July , it is **th of July and have'nt recieved any medicines yet , Calling Customer care several times SHIKHA SINGH , RAUSHAN KUMAR , and other * to whom i talked they said we are raising ticket and you will get your delivery in next ** to ** hours , Nothing happen not recieved anything on ** hrs , ** hrs and even ** hrs went nothing , Just thinking never to buy anything from DHANI if this continues .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
