I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against makeO Toothsi regarding my ongoing orthodontic treatment under the Hybrid Braces Plan. I had opted for the service with the understanding and assurance that your network supported location flexibility, as I had informed you at the start of my treatment that I had moved to Bangalore for office work.
Despite following all necessary protocols — including initial remote consultation and paying an additional ₹*,*** for tooth extraction externally — I am now suffering from medical negligence, miscommunication, and lack of support from your end.
My Concerns in Summary:
Incorrect Information Provided: I was informed that treatment could continue in Indore due to the presence of your clinic. However, at the time of appointment booking, I was informed that Hybrid Plan is not available in Indore — information that was not disclosed initially.
No Help with Urgent Medical Need: I have developed painful blisters and requested only a **-minute appointment to remove and replace the braces wire, but no appointment has been scheduled, nor has any local alternative support been offered.
Negligence from Support Staff:
I have called more than ** times over ** days.
Each time the support team simply forwards the ticket to the Bangalore doctor.
The treating doctor has explicitly communicated that I require on-ground help in Indore, yet the team has taken no concrete action.
Salespeople and managers have shown unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.
Unfair Denial of Refund/Resolution: I requested either:
A full refund of the service charges, OR
A **-minute appointment in Indore to resolve the immediate issue.
Yet, no resolution has been made.
Request for Immediate Action:
I request your team to resolve this on priority within * business days by providing either of the following:
A local appointment in Indore to manage my braces, OR
A complete refund of the service cost, including the additional ₹*,*** for the pre-treatment expense.
