Oriental Insurance - Medical insurance claim denied

the medical insurance claim has been denied by the insurance company on the basis that illness is of genetic disorder ,they have not provided any document from medical council/organisation/registered in support that the illness(wilms tumor) is of genetic disorder.
in addition as per the circular from IRDA on **-march-****.no claim can be rejected on the basis of genetic disorders.
