Medical blood report for my mother. i had booked online for sample collection on ** dec(Booking ID : **********) . samples were collected but the report for one of the test costing ****(NT-Pro BNP) is still not provided . i needed report urgently but after many calls to healthian customer care i did not receive the report. its been * days .
healthian being in medical sector where its matter of life and death they are not even concern about criticality of the issue .
