Mi Tv - mechanic can't come for TV installion

sir i buy tv( mi tv *a pro ** inch ) from mi.com on ** november **** with order no **************** . it delivered me on date ** november and tv serial no is *****/************ .after delivery i registered for installion with token no d*****
and i get appointment on ** november but nobody come or also i can't get any call from mechanic.i called mi customer service many times about this problem they registered my complain with complain no
woin*************
after this complain they give me appointment on ** november and request to wait for ** november but nobody come ..

and also mi customer service do nothing about my problem.

after no response from mi customer service or mechanic i registered a complain on consumer court with token no *******.
