Sleepwell Enterprises Private Limited - MATTRESS IN WARRANTY BUT NOT GIVE SUPPORT

I bought a mattress from New Nupur Steel Furniture (KALACHARA , CHANDITALA , HOOGHLY, PIN ****** ,Phone **********/**********, email id newnupursteel**@gmail.com)who is authorised dealer of Sleepwell . It has a * year warranty. But it is not clear to me why the customer has to get such velocity to get a warranty claim. I bought it because my wife has an orthopedic problem, otherwise it is not our economic situation to buy mattress with Rs *****. Now when the mattress is sagging and the cover on the side is very loose, I call to *********** **th august **** for register complain and they say Within ** days the problem will be attended to.
But no action was taken so I made an email on **rd August **** and they have registered my complaint with the complaint no. ******. **th August Mr Ashis Gupta attends it and we both sign it in the inspection report, but the next day I know my mattress is okay.
When the service engineer agreed and wrote on what the company is saying, no problem. Now I come to you for justice.
