Sleepwell Enterprises Private Limited - Back Health Issues from Sleepwell Mattress

Hello Sleepwell Team,

I had just now got the call now at around **:** PM on my provided mobile number ********** after repeatedly following up.

Mr. Ram Kashup had called me from Sleepwell Noida Office and he had confirmed that Mr Arun Govind who had come for inspection. Mr. Ram had confirmed that Mr. Arun had completed the inspection properly and got some form signed by me. He confirmed that Mr. Arun had taken the photographs of the mattress and the mattress sagging was not found as Mr Arun had done the measurement with scale at that time and **mm depression was not found in the mattress during inspection.

According to me, the guy who had came for inspection i.e. Mr Arun Govind had not taken any photograph and neither he was having the scale nor he did any kind of measurement.

On the other hand, he had confirmed to me that he will be getting the approval from Sleepwell for replacement of the said mattress. Once he gets the approval, replacement would be done.

I had repeatedly informing Sleepwell through emails and customer care call that this mattress purchased by me from Amazon, is damaged and defective and if it's within warranty and the esteemed and so popular Sleepwell company should replace the mattress at the earliest. But they are not providing any replacement to the customer even if the customer is repeatedly saying that this will cause permanent damage to his back and customer backbone is hurting and causing health issues.

Mr Ram has confirmed that another inspection can not be done before * months as it is in sleepwell warranty terms and conditions.

If the replacement is not being done by Sleepwell, I would be filing the case in consumer court as according to me this product is hurting my back and product is damaged and defective and I will not compromise on any of back health related problems for me
