U bought a sleepyhead mattress in July and saw few circular stains, when i raised a complaint the customer care executive was rude and said sorry we cannot help, so I ignored but recently there have been * big patches on the mattress which are concerning me as it might be something inside the mattress and the sleepyhead team refuses to investigate saying we don't have a service team. I have a child and this can be dangerous or harmful for us to use the mattress.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
