I Ordered IKall K**** (Dual Sim, *.* Inch Display, **** Mah Battery) vide my order no is ********* ,they committed to delivered on or before **th may **** while i'm keep on watching no updates were found suddenly they send me a mail that their courier partner unable to delivered due to customer unavailable,Even i was ordered through ebay and snapdeal both their courier partners of FEDex and DELHIVERY done their job to my satisfaction ,but this snapdeal always doing like this to blame the customers amount.because this is not Cash on delivey it was prepaid by the credit card so i'm the looser and also their portal is out of dated it wont shows any updates and order details.Kindly help me to solve this fradualent.
