Varun Enterprises - Material not delivered

We buy some material from Mr Varun Chopra , Prop. Of M/s VARUN ENTERPRISES, ***/**A/*, NEAR KHAREY KANDA, EASTMAN CHOWK, SUA ROAD, GIASPURA , LUDHIANA ******, Punjab ( INDIA ) vide our PO No : Amount **** US$.

We received the shipment vide their BL NO : ************ Invoice No : E* Dt **.**.**** on **.**.**** we received the material.

On checking the shipment, it’s all rejected because of not matching with our drawing which we provided to them. After discussion with them they said we can’t do anything if need the same send us payment and we will proceed new.

After long discussion he agreed to replace the material within * days by air shipment. But after that the person Mr Varun Chopra stop taking our call and no reply on whatsapp emails or phone calls. We try various nos when he listen our voice he cut the phone and not answer.

So we request you kindly look into the matter and stop these type of fraud peoples in the market. He already cheated so many people’s before, but nobody make complaint against him.
