I am an ex army person. I have buy kent RO Grand+ on **/**/**** and installed by kent company agent on wall because it is wall mounted due to material or manufacturer defect and weight of water on **/**/**** one socket of Ro got broken which is fixed on wall .Now company not repair it .I have registered a complain on it but not answered by them.Ro is on warranty period.
