MI - Material delivery status shows delivered without delivery

A SMS comes stating my delivery will be done today. Then a call comes which informs my delivery will happen. After an hour a short call comes which did not complete from this number +** ** **** ****. When called back it asked to enter the PIN. I enter the PIN received in a hope to complete the call. After some time mail from MI arrives stating delivery is complete. I assume the phone call was used to get the PIN.
