I am a reseller with Meesho since many months, but now suddenly my margin is stopped working ,I have some orders and margins I am explained many times with Meesho customer service but they are not helping me my margin is not coming in my account

These are the amount stucked and I have give this company much efforts and make good customers and now they are not helping me to release my payments which I made by day night efforts, please help me and release my payments as soon as possible, thank you!!!

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
