Whirlpool India - Manufaturing Diffect

Dear Sir,
I am Purchase Whirlpool Refrigerator On Croma Date **/**/**.
And I'll open the box and fixed it but that fridge no cooling over time,and I'll call to helpline and ladge the compliant ,service Technician his visite my place his checked it and his told this is fridge gas pipe is cut and leakage the gas .... Then I am telling how can cut it ? His told that is transport time physical damage this is not covered on under warranty... I'll send senior technician his completed this work ....and his go but not attending */** days .....today once I'll check it what problem facing this fridge ,, actually my fridge problem is gas copper wire is melt that is manufacturing diffect but his told that is physical damage u can pay RS **** I'll repair that fridge,,,,
