Mochi - Manufacturing defect to a Shoe

I have ordered a shoe from TatacliQ.com.
The brand of the shoe is Mochi. I got the product in discount rate of ***/- ,where an offer is going on that day’s.the actual price of the product is ****/-i get the ordered product on **august ****.
I used once on September,then i used it on December ** for a function.
I noticed a torn or a melted like condition in the sole,which I think that it was a manufacturing defect or i got a clone/fake product from TatacliQ. I contacted TatacliQ on January **** and expressed my complaint,they told me that I should contact the brand. I try to contact the brand through phone calls and emails but there is no response from their part. I money i spend for it is wasted
