Pepperfry.com - Manufacturing Defect in product but not giving warranty benefit

I have purchased a queen size bed from Pepperfry.com (order ID:*********) on **th Nov **** with one year of warranty for manufacturing defects. Now, within * months only, on headboard ply has started bloating and upper layer of finishing has started coming out from footrest side. I filed a complaint and they said it's not manufacturing defect.
If something is coming out then it's absolutely manufacturing defect. Using a poor quality product is also a manufacturing defect. I am attaching some pictures for the same.
