I booked a hotel for ** person but it booked only for ** person. I am again and again trying to call mmt customer care but they told me you are searching and booking for only ** person but I have screen shot of booking with date and time but they refused. They told me you have to pay *** rs for extra bed in your room. Why I pay for this. I already paid ***** rs for this booking.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
