We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on **th Nov **** and since then due to a compressor issue, Whirlpool is replacing the refrigerator for the fourth time now. In these *+ months, we have been able to use the equipment totally for only around *-** days. Medicines, expensive dairy (cheese and organic butter), etc. got wasted each time causing a lot of discomfort. Even now, the third replacement that happened worked for *-* days before it stopped working. We are without a refrigerator for the third time for more than ** days now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
