I booked a ticket from Make My Trip and at time of booking they ticket was refundable >**hours from the flight departure. I tried cancel the ticket from their website and their system denied the refund amount. In the end I had to go to the airline and get the cancellation done. Since the booking was made from MMT account the airline refunded the amount to the same account. Instead of returning the amount MMT deducted all sort of charges and returned the lesser amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
