Against my trip ID shown in the attached document, I have been requesting Make my trip to grant me a full refund to my mode of payment i.e. Credit Card. MMT refuses to pay and retains the amount in My Wallet (technically its their wallet). I have been telling them repeatedly that my purpose of travel no longer exist and it will not be possible for me buy tickets for this amount but they insist on holding this amount and not grant me a refund to my credit card account.
There is a MMT convenience fee which they chose not to credit even to my Wallet since they consider it their right to recover that money for some services when infact there is no convenience and flights were cancelled suo moto by the airlines.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
