hI was planning to book air tickets from Delhi to London. I came across an online advertisement of makemytrip which was offering following offer.
*. On payment using Citibank Credit Card for booking British airways flight you would get
a. **** instant discount
b **** cashback per pax
So I was supposed to get **** instant discount. Rather than providing instant discount they charged me extra amount under the head "Other charges" to which my repeated requests regarding clarification remains unanswered.
To add to the agony was statement by one of their customer care representative that it was a "misprint" in the offer about the instant discount.
They even sent me a mail regarding this.
SO no instant discount was offered to me , extra unaccounted amount was charged to me under head"other charges" and I still have not received any cashback.
This is cheating on part of make my trip to mislead customers by promising something and then saying it was a mistake.
