We have booked a holiday package to shimla for Rs. **,*** as down payment and due to personal reasons we wished to cancel it ** days prior to the day of travel.
As per policy it was mentioned as :
Cancellation stage: ** or more days prior to departure.
First payment done will be forfeited upon cancellation done ** days or more prior to departure.
And now for cancellation, executives are saying that they will deduct ****/- for cancellation. I personally feel that it is unfair, since the same was not articulated in cancellation policy.
