for a failed transition of hotel booking on**-Nov-**** make my trip charged **** INR in my account and as per policies they must refund the amount automatically within * working days. This never happened. I registered complaint , Ref ************. they asked to send bank statement. I did. They closed by complaint saying they tried to reach me in my mobile - which they didn't - and they closed the complaint by asking to call them back If issue not resolved. Some body on earth please tell me , how can someone reach these guys via URL. It is waste of time and money and energy and more frustration.
