Ashish Tergaonkar filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 18, 2019
My father had booked a ticket from Make My Trip. Unfortunately, we lost him a few days back and we are in a moment of grief. We cancelled the ticket and applied from the refund which the airline (United) has already processed. We have already paid the cancellation fees of US$*** to United. However, MMT has made us call for ** days and still has no answer about the refund. Every time I call I am given a different team/name and no one answers my questions.
