We had booked a Gulf Air flight from Bahrain to Mumbai on the **rd Mar **** which did not operate. Its been a year now we are running from pillar to post to get a refund for the same. Make my trip is non accessible through phone lines or email. Through my account i could claim a refund. But Make my trip says that the refund was rejected by the airline. No clarification provided as to why.
