I booked ticket from Bangalore to Payyanur, since the Nipah virus outbreak in kerala I wanted to cancel the bus ticket. To cancel I need to rise a customer service request to make my trip which I did so, but MMT is not cancelling My ticket.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
