I had a booking through MMT (MakeMyTrip) for Dubai to Cochin flight. As the flight was re-scheduled by Spicejet, I had to cancel my booking with them directly on *st Jan ****. SpiceJet had confirmed, they had initiated the refund it was credited to MMT immediately.
I had raised a request for refund to the source of booking on MakeMyTrip website. On **th Jan, I received a message from MMT that refund is in process along with the booking ID details.
As it has been more than ** days since I have cancelled my booking, I tried reaching out to MMT, but they are not reachable. They do not have a proper customer service team or a resolution team for queries/complaints. The refund has to be credited to the source, which is my credit card.
Attached the proof of screenshots.
I want immediate refund amount to my credit card account, which I used for booking.
