I have successfully booked hotel from make my trip. After an hour I got the WhatsApp message from hotel that they have forgot to update on make my trip so they can not book the room for me. This is totally wrong so I have called Make my trip customer care who has told me that I will get call back within ** hours. But they not called. Further I called and got the same committment that they will call within ** hours. But they not called. Today around * days gone and hotel prices are rising on daily basis but MMT don't care about their customer and loosing their market reputation. I will never book from MMT in future.
