hi,
While booking a hotel through make my trip the amount was deducted from my bank account but booking was not confirmed. next day i contacted the customer care of make my trip and i was told that the money will be credited back in ** working hours.
Since the money was not credited back in said time i called make my trip again and was told it will take ** working days for the money to be credited.
On **th of may (a day after completion of ** working days) i called make my trip to check the issue, I spoke to someone who sent me an email and asked me to send my bank account statement from *th to **th may. i did so.
Today its **th may and i have no revert from make my trip. i tried calling but the call was kept on hold for * minutes by ivr and later disconnected.
Tried calling again and this time the call was answered, now they sent an email asking for my account details and promised transfer would happen in ** hours to ** working days.
The big issue is why to wait again for ** working days, they could have asked me my account details on the first or second call itself....
