Very disappointed with your service... Brought a redmi note * * month ago... And it's having ghost touch problem... it's automatically getting touchs without touching and starts some wired thinhs... Like the video below..

It's happens sometimes.... More than ** times in a day... Not all time.. i visited service centre which is in barasat, west bengal.... They denied to do anything... Because at that time touch was fine...but after went back to home it happened again.. it's a problem of touch panel.. what is the matter with you guys??.. why are you giving service like this...???.. just * months old phone.. and it's started to create problem now.. what should i do now??.. throw the phone??... Please solve it.. otherwish i need share it though my youtube channel and other social media platforms as well as consumer forum.. please take your customers seriously...
