It has been quote a few times now that my orders are getting delivered beyond * hour time frame and when i seek assistance from your customer support, they ill-treat and speak rudely. I am going to file a complaint to consumer court and seek action agains magicpin.
Today, they have not delivered the food, the delivery guy reached outlet and, restaurant said that they already handed over the order to some other person and they don't have any order on my name.
The delivery guy then denied to assist me. I tried calling restaurant but the number is switched off. I requested assistance on your customer service corner on the app, but it is no sooner available to assist me before * hours.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
