Driver waited in the wrong lane. And without calling me after reaching near by pick up point, he started wait time of ** minutes.
on asking about this, he has shouted and argued much. Also he said, i have seen more rich people than you which is an insult for me.
If there is no action taken, i will not use rapido ever again in my life. and i will inform all my contacts not to use rapido forever.
