Luminous inverter - luminous battery not giving backup in warranty period

I brought luminous inverlast ***ah battery on **/**/**** which comes with ***% warranty till **/**/****. Currenlty it is not giving backup since last *months. we raised complaint to luminous & their technician visited and saying battery is fine which is absolutely wrong as backup is not even **mins currently. Luminous is trying to escape warranty service. request to help so I get replacement or battery repaired asap.
