Harika Raghu filed complaint against Air Asia on Oct 3, 2022
We travelled from singapore to hyderabad on *nd oct.Our luggage went missing and were told the crew did not tag the luggage and hence was stopped in kaulalumpur.
Unfortunately we have our house and car keys in the suitcase and the team here behaved very rudely when asked to provide accommodation.
We still have not received our luggage and it being a festival today where we were supposed to travel to our in laws place caused a lot of friction and had to damage our door to.ooen it and stay in hotel till the lock guys come.
We have a * year old kid who equally suffered on a festive day and caused immense torture to us
Request to refund back our accommodation, door damage ( which is automatic) and new lock creation costs to us.
Also, additionally we were supposed to travel on *st oct from singapore and were stopped as my son hasnt done his rtpcr ** hours before for air suvidha!
No one has really mentioned or written on website to have this ready..we had to stay one extra day in singapore with extra accommodation of **k sgd and rtpcr of ***sgd and ** INR for flight reschedule too.
Nevertheless, request to look into this issue from our shoes and compensate accordingly.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
