I informed the bus team that I have a duffle bag and it's brown coloured. They gave a brown coloured bag but it wasn't mine, I contacted them within few hours as I couldn't check the bag contents where I was dropped as it was a busy area!
Since **th Oct, today is **th Oct, except few calls, no resolution has been made.

I need help as they are not responding, resolving it. It's not really that difficult to solve this, I just want them to contact customers who were on the bus that day or the team itself help me out as it's really important for me.
