Pavan Kumar ajjarapu filed complaint against Intrcity smart bus on May 5, 2023
Bus was stopped at break point for dinner. By the time my sister and her kid came back from washroom the bus left leaving them there in the middle of the night. Luckily another bus took them to their bus. When asked how they left without checking for passengers, bus captain spoke rudely saying if u want go and give police complaint.
