Jyoti Yadav filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Dec 28, 2021
I traveled from Jaipur to pune on ** December. I was travelling with my husband and my daughter who is an infant in arms. It was a late night flight and when we asked for priority check in we were denied that and asked to sit and wait while mu husband stood in queue. We didn’t contest it and did as were told.
When we got our luggage back our bag was completely broken. We made a video of the bag on the belt itself . We tried to look for indigo people but couldn’t spot any. It was past midnight and we had an infant so we proceeded out.
The very next day I mailed indigo about my concern and asked for redressal which they denied saying when the matter is not informed at the airport itself we don’t consider it.
I even replied that there was no one to complain to and i have evidence of the broken bag on the belt. They never replied to it.
This has caused a lot of mental agony to me.
Firstly my bag was broken that harmed not just the bag but the contents too.
Secondly the bag was a gift from my sister that she had gotten from hong kong and had a lot of sentimental value for me.
Thirdly the rude response by indigo not just on the airport but also on the mail belittles the guest and his concern.
Ironically it was Vijay Diwas when we traveled and we husband and wife both are in the Army. Such behaviour by the rude irresponsible airline is highly condemnable.
I want not just redressal for my broken luggage but also compensation for insulting us at every platform we sought help at.
