Wear your glamour - Low quality product delivered and now refused to communicate

Too bad service first of all....they delivered very late...and then the quality of the product was very cheap....and quite different from the product shown ....and when I texted them to take back their dress and return my amount they stopped replying firstly...but after a week or later they replied they they will resolve the issue within **-** hours....till now it's like **-** days passed and they don't communicate at all....
