Lenovo LOQ - Low quality laptop and lot of hardware glitches

I purchased customzied laptop worth *****rs from lenovo authorised reseller first of all there was no physical laptop available to check even thought i ordered it but when i recieved my product and used i observed lot of hardware glitches issues the screen flickering the colors of screen issue the sleep wake up issue and this product was of very low quality.
