i have Purchased the Lenovo LOQ laptop and i'm very disappointed I received damaged product and something is binzing inside the laptop and causing me problem (i can hear something is moving inside the laptop) i want to return this defective laptop. I would like to exchange it the delivery is not good why should i bear up kindly provide me better support and solve this issue which your company made.
