Dear Team
Would like to highlight you something really important about the quality of the product on Pepperfry. I have ordered one bean bag. Order id is *********. When we receive the product it is really worse quality ( bean provided with bean bags are lesser than quantity ) now within ** days - the condition of bean bags goes really bad. I have opted option of return but still no call no action received from Pepperfry customer care or anyone. Now here with I am attaching photos what actually shown on sites and in reality, it's all "BAKWASS". Now when I searched on google, I found many cases wherein Pepperfry has worse customer service.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
