This is Sakshi Jain having an gas connection at my residence B-** *st floor radheypuri, krishna nagar delhi-** in the name of my father Mr Satish Kumar Jain.I have registered a complaint of low Flame * days earlier, since the company has a policy of solving the issue within * days so I have to wait * days but on the *rd day the complaint has been close on the reason that phone is not reachable and your house is closed. In actual phone maybe not reachable because of network issue but house is not close.
Now, on *rd day they again register the complaint which will take further * days. Everytime customer care and control room told to wait only instead of considering the problem face by us because there is no source other than this for preparing the food. The contact number of control room is ********** and customer care no. is ***********.
