Hi There,
I had applied for new PNG connection on *th Sept'**** along with paid connection & security deposits for my home in Munirka DDA Flats, New Delhi.
However, without site survey they blindly gave me upto ** days timeline for feasibility check site survey for new pipeline intallation, wherein there is already existing active connections are in my building and it just required *m of pipe installation (between existing line and my kitchen).
Since then, no one called or visited for site survey and now the installation team (Mr. Manveer @ **********) directly came on **th Nov'** (AFTER ** Days) and completed the new *-meter pipeline installation within ** minutes and asked for tip money?
Further, I told them to first complete the installation, so he told that other team will come in *-* days to activate the connection (after he submit the installation report) and went away.
However, this guy Manveer didn't submit my installation report in office for next over a week, (because he didn't get tip from me)!!
Now since then I am following with the IPL call centre and waiting for the PNG connection for activation.
THIS IS PATHETIC Service Experience from IGL, as they have lingered this small *-hour installation job for over * MONTHS and I am still waiting for installation team to activate my connection!!! , which has costed me addition Rs. *,***/- to refill * LPG cylinders in past *** Days.
Please Escalate the IGL higher authorities to see how slow and money driven installation team they have.
