Tumbledry Laundry services - lost the clothes

I requested Tumble Dry to wash and steam iron ** kg of clothes constituting ** pieces on **th August ****.(All are brand new purchased clothes and worn once as I traveled with my parents internationally). I asked them to deliver in ** hours, but they told me that they were having a shortage of water and had not managed to deliver in three working days. They have not confirmed the exact date, but told me that will require a few more days. Considering I am using your service in Mumbai on a regular basis, on the basis of reputation, I was ok and told them perfectly ok.

They delivered ** clothes on **th August as one of the family members was traveling so we required her clothes immediately. For the rest clothes, they told me that they would do it in the next *-* days. After multiple follow-ups, they finally delivered the clothes yesterday. None of the clothes belong to me. I gave them my mom and dad's clothes consisting of ** shirts, * trousers, ** salwar kurta full sets (XLL), * women's T-shirts (XLL), * towels, night suits, innerwear, socks, etc.
Now, they took the issue casually and said that sometimes it happens. For them, maybe it's not a big deal, but for us, it is important. The clothes of my parents which your team lost valued more than one lac rupees. After too much discussions and calls, they managed to deliver most of the clothes, but lost * clothes constituting * shirts, one trouser, * kurti and * not exactly remembered by me. Still, I am calling them and trying to ask for a resolution but no response from their side. Also, they block my number in their system so if I am calling, I am getting the message that their customer care number is switched off. I already sent them multiple emails but nothing happened.
