I gave a bunch of clothes for wash and iron on *th Oct ****. Along with that I gave *pair of clothes for dry clean separately and instructed the pickup agent on the dry clean requirements. The clothes were delivered to me late (**th Oct) and my dry clean clothes were washed and ironed along with other clothes leading to - faded color, pearls damaged and stains. These were my wedding suits and I wanted to wear them during Karwachauth and Diwali this year. Not only this has affected me financially but emotionally too. I seek a compensation of ***** from Tumbledry on grounds of negligence of work, causing me financial loss and affecting me emotionally too.
